What to expect…
For first time clients, I offer a 12 session package that meets about once a week for an hour. Other packages and monthly subscriptions are available depending on client’s needs. Sessions are tailored to fit each client’s schedule and to facilitate their growth toward a future that is aligned with their values, purpose and commitments.
During our sessions I have many modalities I explore with clients. These include life and health coaching (dialog), mind-body approaches (such as mindfulness and imagery), and somatic movement (gentle activities like breathing, gesturing, or stretching.) For those wishing to increase mobility and develop a deeper connection with their bodies, specific movement training practices aimed at facilitating ease and stability through the joints, muscles and bones are available.
As your coach, I help you clarify your goals, address what might be blocking your progress, and create actionable plans that you work on between sessions. I provide you with tools, support and accountability, so you can grow and transform in ways that resonate with who you are and what you want to accomplish in the world.
At the end of the program, we look back at your journey, celebrate your growth and accomplishments, and make plans for sustaining or continuing your transformation!
Coaching is available online. In-person coaching is an option for clients who live near Buffalo, NY.
