I draw from a range of holistic modalities, including life/heath coaching, breath work, imagery, and holistic movement practices. This blended approach utilizes dialog, mindfulness, and a conscious attunement to the wisdom of the body to help you gain insight, overcome obstacles, and make the changes you are craving. Mind-body movement is an option for those who are curious about using simple movements to enhance the process or who just want to feel more comfortable and connected to their bodies.
